At LoFlows, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be attached.
• The item must not be damaged, washed, altered, or stained.
• Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Products purchased on sale or during clearance promotions.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Exchange Policy

If you receive the wrong size, color, or a defective item, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• The refund will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as LoFlows is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed and will be treated according to this Return & Refund Policy.
