Nationwide Delivery (Pakistan)

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly stated on the website or social media platforms.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable) so you can monitor your shipment status.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact information provided are accurate. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations within Pakistan. Orders placed using COD may be subject to verification before dispatch.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted courier partners, LoFlows is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the package and product. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
